About Us

Welcome to Emancipation CrossFit. We are a certified CrossFit Affiliate located in Yuma. CrossFit in a nutshell is constantly varied functional movements performed at high intensity. We combine gymnastics movements like body weight squats, pushups, pull-ups, ring work, and handstands, with Olympic weightlifting movements, medicine ball work and running. This style of fitness is geared to the generalist rather than the specialist and is most effective for Law Enforcement, Fire Rescue Personnel, and the Military, or anyone who wants to be really fit.
